driver(right) door window regulator.. electric

am in need of a driver(right) door window regulator...
the cable on mines is stipping and the window only goes about 2 inches down and stops...anyone has any up for grabs or knows if one from another nissan like a bluebird or sentra/sunny would work??

How hard is it to fit electric windows to replace the manual ones? (wiring wise)
