just took collection on next lot of goodies for my R.

walbro fuel pump,
6 guages and the two pillar mounts all ready to go in.

still unsure about new pistons, tubular manifold, turbo and all the rest so i can run 400bhp.

is it worth all the time and money as its gonna cost like 3000 for all that.

is it worth all the effort or will it cause any major damage runnin so much power?

Going for big power my friend

I think it may cost a little more than that once everything is fitted mate :?

Depends really what you want from your car mate, you have seen mine go and I do not have Forged pistons or tubular manifold 8)

Shaun also has around 340bhp and he has the same intercooler and turbo as you so you could just up the boost a little and get an ECU and you will be easily near 350bhp 8)

400bhp would be nice

would really like to hit the 400 mark and have a bit of reliability.
i know you cant quite run huge power without its problems but i'd love the power.
dont mind frontin the money as long as its done right.
dont wanna up the boost loads and then it blow up on me.
need better shocks and breaks to

Alright fella, just a quick one on this, Im looking for the near 400 mark once im completed and I havn't had a rebuild.

For the spec that i will have i would be happy with 380 and it hasn't really been that expensive at all.

Here is what my spec will be:

GT28 Turbo (rated to 400bhp)
Sard 660 cc Injectors
Emanage Ultimate
200sx S/S Tubualr Manifold
Top Mount Mocal Oil Cooler
Hybrid Style FMIC
Uprated Fuel Pump
HKS Clutch
Greddy BOV
Air Filter TBC With Custom 4" Inlet Pipe
Custom 3" Down Pipe going onto 2.5" Goose System
Battery Re-Locted to the boot
Greddy Boost Controller
Custom Water & Oil Pipes

With it set up right it should have a reliable 380bhp

Im aiming for 400bhp or so myself.
Just waiting to get the time off work to get the car into the garage. I have bought another uprated engine block which consists of:
86.5 JE pistons
Std crank & std conrods
New mains, big & thrust bearings - AE
ARP fasteners for the mains & conrods
Knock sensor
New oil pump
Water pump
Water pipes that exit the water pump - stainless steel
Oil - water heat exchanger
Ally part of Sump that contains the oil pressure relief valve
Flywheel
All assembled with new gaskets/seals

I did have a few pics somewhere. Will try and dig them out.

Got to get the head rebuilt. Not sure what spec to get on the head but will talk to the specialist about it.

Turbo is going to be a fensport Garrett GT2871RS.

Bought Sard 800cc injectors

Awaiting walbro 255l/hr fuel pump and Sard Type R fuel pressure regulator.

Will need to get a downpipe made up for the turbo also.

Cant wait for the results. I already have the other supporting mods so should hopefully just be a remap when everything is run in and fitted.
