Det Sensor

ok im a bit thick my car is reading 34 fault but was is the det sensor and were will i find it

This may sound stupid, but have you tried Nissan?
One of the wreckers might have one that they've pulled off an engine, which would probably be cheaper... I have no idea what they're worth.

no im stupid what is a det sensor i cant think what it is

i think a det sensor senses det in the engine. think they are expensive from nissan, try ebay or people that are breaking for parts. im sure its located behind the inlet plenum. some people say they are hard to change,others say easy. theres some Y bracket that will make it harder if its still there
