det sensor fixed but boost feels like it KICKS in at 4500rpm

i have had the det sensor replaced all the fault codes have been erased i have also checked myself 5.5 comes up. but the cars turbo feels like it kicks in at 4500rpm

i want the to pull at 2000rpm so i can leave those type-r

can anyone give advice on what to check or do
would the transfer box oil level have anything to do with lack of power?

u sure u haven't got HUGE turbo? LOL!

Has it been like it since you bought it?

do you have a std ECU? checked for boost leaks?

Does it pull smoothly at 4500 or does it stutter?
