i think the answer your looking for is heat range 7.. thats good for a bar and over.. heat range 8 are what you would use for under a bar.. i think thats right.. but then i am a bit drunk.

since when :?:
YAAAAAAAAAAAAAAWN  sorry just woke up :D platnium V's iridium eh? well im now using denso ik24' s for 1bar iv left em in for at least 4months i'll let you know what they' re like when i take em out sometime this week but the cars running sweet as atm.
didnt know denso did a platnium plug of the right heat range will enquire. had hks s45i' s in for a while and found they fouled up at town speeds OR it may have been because of the millers octane booster i was using at the time :?
used ngk pfr7' b for a bit too but they are meant for cars running standard boost (wrong heat range i think)and i got paranoid about em
i wont say who but one mambers running platnium super4' s and did VERY well at a recent rr event  cant say if they helped but they didn' t hinder thats for sure. iv not tried em personally.

hope that helps  stu

they are slim(.4mm i think) but under what conditions did they break :? . i got a guy in a shop to call ngk(he claimed he did) and he reckoned they dont do a colder plug than the pfr7 :? thats rhubarb isn' t it?

Just keep in mind, that if you want to run 1.0-1.2 bar you wil need a colder plug wich has a HIGHER number, not a lower one, as some people might advise you.

For 1.0-1.2 just get some NGK heat-range 8 iridium plugs,
Denso,HKS,Champion,NGK, whatever.

I've got denso iridium cold rating 8 and did find the tips weak, but thats only cos i dropped it  Apart from that they're spot on and identical to HKS iridiums minus the branding :!:
