MY R IS FITTED WITH MONGOOSE EXAUST AND INSTEAD OF THE CAT THERE IS ANOTHER BOX WILL I GET MORE POWER IF I PUT JUST A STRAT THRU DE CAT PIPE IN?? CHEERS

Not more power but the gases will flow more freely.

If it's a mongoose decat pipe then it's straight through pipe anyway. I can't remember if it had perforations in the though pipe or not to make it a silencer, but even if it did, I don't think there's be any worth while gains from replacing it, unless you just want the noise.

i love noise but the next door peaple do not(tough luck) the main thing my r is so low i keep knocking the de cat box thongy so i wonderd if it might also keep the exaust a bit out the way??
