Dastek unichip question

I have 2 of these unichips I've never used them and want rid of.

Can they be wiped and used on other make of vehicles?

Most people are going for nistune and I know the Honda guys still like dastek?

Yes they can, they aren't GTiR specific.

Double check with a Dastek dealer - Call them and say you have a Honda and want a chip you already have fitting

they do all fit other makes.

there are a few versions of the dasket, and they all fit a different range of cars. the gtir 1 may fit the honda but it may not, call dastek with the serial number.

Oh in the same way that there are three different Nistune boards because different ECUs need slightly different versions!?

That makes sense to me.

yeah, just check that the version you have is compatible for the car you want to use it on. only prob with dastek is only dastek dealers have the mapping software, so you'd need a local dastek dealer to map it for you.

I'll phone a few dealers, I'm not wanting anything mapped just want to sell them. The Honda guys still like dastek so hopefully sell them on one of their forums.
