Damage to Corrosion protection

Just found some damage to the corrosion protection on the sill edges today, does anyone know if theres a product that I can paint on to re-seal it or do I need to take the R to a dealer?

go down halfords and gt some underbody seal. paint on stuff is good cos you can get it on nice and thick
