Is this for long running or 1/4 dragging?

Run high compression and low boost
Chargecooler (but then that's just intercooling)
Fiddle with the aircon so it blows icy air onto the intake somewhere (but that's also a form of intercooling)
Only use the car on cold days in winter :p
Use a bigger oil cooler and lower opening thermostat to reduce engine running temps.
Run lower compression or lower boost to reduce the heat put in by the compression.
Use a fuel cooler to inject cold fuel

if you mean using the fuel to control in cylinder temps then yes.

cant remember what the percentage is but a certain amount of injected fuel is used to reduce in cylinder temps all the time, i guess what you're about to waffle  on about is an advanced form of this :?:
