confusion

hello chaps hope were all well.

question might sound silly but here goes.my back two shocks are gone on the pulsar.was going to order some more from nissan when a mate told me 2 wait and upgrade the coilovers as the shocks would be replaced and handling would be improved.im running standard springs at the moment.what do you guys think??any help would be appericated.

The rear struts are £158 each from Nissan.

when you say rear struts are they the same thing as shocks?and would a coilover kit have these included?

Coilover kit includes everything you need mate I have standard shocks with lowering springs with no issuesThe kits you can get are Tein also Bc which are cheaper but just as good

Try your local carspares/europarts. Im sure i was quoted about £80 each for kayabas (kyb). I was in the same situation about 6 months ago .
I decided to buy coilovers as i wanted to lower the car anyway and coupled with new shocks it would have been around £400.
