Just wondering
and want to listen some opinion

Which one you decided
and why

Jun forged cw 17mm Nismo bearing
vs
RNN14 OEM Shot peened and 19mm OEM bearing

was informed
Standard RNN14 is forged already
OEM bearing is from Nismo itself
it is true ?

i concern the reliablility since the engine going to see 400bhp league
so all point will be consider as well

Thanks

not sure if the standard bearings are nismo....

the jun rods would be the way to go if you are going to have a higher rev limit or you will be spending alot of time in the high rev range.

Ive got JUN con rods. :D

Yeah you have to use 17mm PS13 Silvia Nismo bearings.

The JUN rods are double shot peened as well.

Go Jun for those rpms and useage, though I would much prefer to use the proper sized bearings.

How about Tomei rods? They have an oil channel too iirc... Some owners have had probs with fitting Par rods but tbh if you already have jun rods then there's not much point looking elsewhere imho.

same question as memski I guess.

How about running 87mm Tomei rods. What bearings should be used with these for best result ?
