Con rod bolts/Nuts

The GTi-R has nuts on threads holding the con-rod bearing caps on, can they be re-used or do they stretch like most ford stuff and not too be reused? Just about to put my mates engine back together and thought I would see if any of you engine builder R owners now for sure? :D

In the workshop manual it doesn't state anything about the re-useablility or stretch of the rod bolts.

I installed ARP rod bolts in the stock rods as piece of mind when i was using the stock rods.

I would suggest this option.

Are the ARP ones just some universal set then or 200sx ones? Stupid how they do those that fit but no bloody head bolts/studs!

The new rods I've bought already had them fiited but I've seen a listing on an Oz site.I'll have a looksee if I can find it.

Found it-look under our car.Price is $150AUD.They have also listed a billet steel flywheel(DCarmichael)and a 3" downpipe with split dump since I last looked.
