I don't see why not, but you'll probably need to block the oil feed to the turbo off or something so it doesn't dump all the oil instead of circulating it around the engine. Same for the coolant, but more to save a mess than anything.

On a side note what should the results be for

a) a standard car?

b) uprated internals?

I did mine a couple of day's ago and it was: 157/157/160/157psi.

Well the inturnal's of my motor are standard as I'v not rebuilt it yet so the above reading's are for a standard motor.....

And I don't think a sard fuel reg would have any bearing on the matter do you :roll: :? .

Compressions compression so when valves are shut they are shut so a set of cams should in theory make no difference at all, headgasket will make a change in the reading depending on thickness obviously. 8)

Minimum: 135psi
Difference limit between cylinders: 14psi
