clutch fork and gearbox oil

as above need enough oil to refill the box etc and pretty sure my fork has had it. going to replace it either way as soon as the box is off tomorrow

buy an uprated fork and g/box oil you can buy from any motorfactors 75/w90 semi or fully synthetic

where would i get an uprated one from? and how much oil would i need?

you need around 5.5ltr to do g/box and transfer and we make the uprated forks there £45 plus a fiver delivery, but cant get one done till next thursday for you as im out doing trackdays at beginning of week
