changing actuator

hey guys! can anyone help? im changing my actuator as i think its faulty as my car is overboosting. can you tell me if its possible to change when the turbos still on or is it a turbo off job? if it is turbo off is it manifold removal or can i break it at the manifold? anything to consider or any advise please let me know:thumbsup:

It would be far easier for you to take the turbo off with the manifold. It'll save your knuckles getting absolutley wrecked in a failed attempt removing the actuator with everything bolted in place.

and it's a shit of a job the first time you go to do it especially the nut at the bottom of the manifold ,theres actually 2 of them and one is a right pain to get off...
