hi my turbo oil seals have gone on my standard turbo if i put a t3 turbo on there will it make a difference to performance and if so how much or will it reduce performance its got an uprated actuator and is supposed to be uprated to stage 3 i dont know what that means though or if its true any help will be greatly welcomed
