cd player metal frame

im looking for the metal frame that the cd player/radio slides into plus the clips on either side, i seem to have a alot of trouble trying to find anyone with this, can anyone help me out?

Let me have a look if it's floating around and i don't need it for mounting some carbon fiber into the hole left by the stereo ...

Well the japanese headunit that was in my car actually screwed into place .. so not sure if brackets i have are any use to you?

Mine too - Japanese car; Japanese Stereo; so it's bolted to the brackets. Good luck stealing that one Mr Chav!

Have you tried Halfords? If you just want a generic mounting cage, I think they sell them... although to work properly it might be model specific and matched to your stereo. (Although I think as long as the release mechanism is right you'll be ok)
