It went through the MOT first time this weekend after being sat for a few years, very happy with her :-D

Got one advisory I could do with some help on:

Offside front suspension has slight play in a lower suspension ball joint [2.5.B.1a]

What is it that I need to buy and change etc?

Wishbone ball joint, the one at the end that goes into the bottom of the hub, you can buy the ball joint separate or the change the full wishbone.

Ball joint is a press fit, normal n14 sunny wishbone will fit but you will have to swap the rear bush over from your gtir.

This is what I always do. - Buy the N14 wishbone with a new ball joint and swap the rear bush.

Just ask the guys that mot it to sort it ! And do both side while there at it its an inexpensive fix.
