hi

my car wouldn't start this morning and it was making a crunching sound, it wasn't turning over. i tried to jump start it, after a while it did start but the revs were really low and the engine sounded really lumpy.
The battery is one year old so should be fine :?:

Any idea's guys :?:

Have you checked the alterantor mate?

Mine was like that until the car just refused to turn over

I drove the car around and got it warmed up and it starts fine now.

Could be the alternator? or spark plugs and ht leads i think :?:

It could have been the starter motor. Mine did it once over a year ago, but hasn't done it since.

I think the alternator/starter motor or the rain had somthin to do with it.

mabye it's time to get things changed now cuz i brought the car with only 35k on the clock (1st owner in UK) so i bet none of the stuff has ever been changed so now just over 51k (1year)............ it may be time time :evil:
