Torque seems very high compared to the BHP.Normally they would be the other way around. Also, the transmission losses seem unusually high, maybe your gearbox has seized up making it feel sluggish  .
What mods has the car got?

Skiddusmarkus is right about the losses thats too much, Im experiencing the same prob (sluggishness) and have a high torue reading compared to power output. Just speculating, do you get abit of a jud from the rear when you accelerate?, check out the propshaft to see if you have any clunking noises or more than usual play underneath with the rear and centre diffs?

Just as Skiddus sayss the power at the wheels is unusually low even someone with 260ish BHP should be getting about 180 at the wheels....
