I was at my maximum message limit, so saved half a dozen to a new folder and deleted the rest. Now I still can't send messages as it says I'm still exceding my limit. How do I fix it?

I've saved 6 messages and got unread messages going back years. Rather than breakthrough them all and delete I just opted to bin the lot. I couldn't select all and then delete, would've had to do tick all the boxes and it can be a pain on this talet.

I have checked for you.
You have hundreds of messages in your profile and the limit is 200.
Try deleting all your old sent items and anything you dont want anymore iin your inbox.
I will speak to Steve in the meantime about raising the message limit.
