hi everyone, does the R have a cam belt or chain belt?

Its a chain driven matey, So there's no need to worry about getting it changed.

However do remember to change the other belts e.g. alternator belt water pump belt etc, these are just as critical for the running of the R.

Just check them over from time to time to make sure their still in good nick, If not change them ;-) :-D .
