Broken Manifold bolt

As is says in the title....while changing the whole exhaust/turbo found the manifold is missing a bolt look like the guy before me just filled the hole up with something. Is there a way of putting a bolt back in it cos there prolly gonna be a leak considering gonna be running more boost etc

Any help would be great Thnx in advance

if its snapped in the head, you will need to drill a hole through the centre of it and screw in an easyout to extract it.
thats assuming there is one in there and the thread isnt stripped inside the head!
