Brake lights stuck on.

as per title,brake lights stuck on,first time I've experienced this in all the years of driving,has anyone else had this with the pulsar,I've checked the fuse and that is OK,when the fuse is removed the lights obviously go out,is it possible the brake switch is at fault,any advice is much appreciated.

I'm guessing switch. I assume it's a switch on the brake pedal

All sorted it wasn't the fuse or switch the rubber bung on the pedal had fell out,it had fell to bits,so a nut and bolt sorted it,it was a twat to get at.
