Boost sensor threshold?!?

Hi,

Don't imagine anyone knows the maximum threshold of the standard boost sensor fitted to the near-side wing in the engine bay? Wondering if it'll be able to read upto 1.5bar?

How are you getting a reading from it? That's off the top of the standard gauges and most of the after-market ones have their own sensor (usually internally).

It's a 3 bar sensor so does -1 to +2. I re-wired it for my PFC boost controller. Because +2 is the limit though the maximum is effectively +1.95Bar

I was just investigating as to whether I'd be able to fit another guage using the standard wiring? As I'm sure you are aware, the standard boost guage only reads to 0.8bar. Otherwise, I'll just use a mechancical guage for my reference purposes.
