boost problem

i have notice when i put my foot down it does not pull i have got a few problems i know about, but it does not boost that much. it only boosted to 0.4/0.5 bar why is my boost so low. its got no bleed valve or boost controller

done an ecu fault code check? could be dt sensor which is 3-4, jeff

sounds like the ecu is cutting the boost for some reason, either that or the (standard?) boost solenoid is not connected, so the boost is only controlled by the actuator (normally between 0.5 and 0.6 bar)

Its on the front of the engine to the right of the oil separator. Its a small barrel shaped thingy with 2 small pipes coming off the bottom of it and one electrical connection :wink:
