Boost Leak Check

I seem to remember seeing a while ago a really useful post on how to check for boost leaks, but for the life of me I cant seem to find it! I've searched foranything obvious, but to no avail. If anyone knows off hand how to do it (and what i need apart from a bike pump :lol or knows a link to the post that still works (most point to bb.gtiroc.com still :doh: ) then you'd be helping me out alot!

So its a case of making this up:

Then just pumping and listening for the air?
That just replaces the induction kit hosing temporarily then, theres nothing more to it? What do you do about the vacuum line that runs to the induction hosing.. just block it up i'd assume?


Edit: Also what is the size of the turbo inlet? is it 2.5inch, or 3inch... and any idea where to buy the reducer (Couplers) from?!
