boost controllers

ive not got a boost controller on my car yet but im starting to look for one but dont know what sort to get ?? are they all diy fittment and are they hard to set up when fitted ??

what do you have and what do you think of it ?? :lol:

what should i stay away from if any ??

depends on how much you want to spend - if you just want slight boost increase, then a relief valve would do the job (£25) or if you want adjustable boost with 2 stage control (or more) you will need an EVC type. these are better if you dont want to rag your engine all the time, and when that scooby starts to piss you off just switch it to high boost and leave the fukker :wink:

cheers lads i was thinking of a controller coz the bleed valve just seems abit dodgie to me :?
i tryed the search but could not find anythin i wanted thats why i posted :oops:
so are the apexi ones very good and look trick ??
theres loads of profec b ones on ebay :roll:

bleed valves are dodgy - relief valves aint :wink:

for the long term i would go with an electronic one, PM matty he's always got one lying around :)

what about the ones on ebay are they any good or should i stay away ??
theres blitz , apexi and hks ones on there i think :?
