blue vs ultimate e manage

im pretty sure an e manage is the way forward for my pulsar, was wondering if there is a major difference betwween the two?, wheres the best place to get them from? and are there easy to use?

i beleive there is a difference not really sure what they are, (cue fusion edd) i have the ultimate, im sure you can run nos with it. and it defenaitly has launch control as i have it turned on, on mine.
