Bit of oil...

I was replacing my factory Blow Off Valve yesterday, which was probably never taken off before for last 14 years....

Anyway, i found a bit of oil on the walls of the BOV inside it....
Is this ok?

What does it mean, and what should I do about it if anything?

I find it normal for a 14 year old car...?

should be ok cause the engine vents to the intake system and you have probably got 14 years worth of oil vapour in it.
