Big Spec R for sale. Much loved but turbo bearings gone. SOLD
Hi folks. After 7 years of membership in the GTI-R owner's club, the time has come to sell my GTI-R. I am going to be very very sorry to see it go as it's the car i've always wanted since i was a teenager.
Unfortunately the bearings have gone in the turbo (no damage to impeller or casting) and i can't justify the reconditioning of it.
It is tatty in places and has the usual Pulsar rust starting on the rear arches, but still shines up lovely.
The car has a huge huge spec and was built to make 600BHP. However it has never seen anything like this figure due to it being a daily driver/ standard gearbox and was only running 1.4 bar for most of the time i had it.
It's only ever been fed Millers fluids and ran on VPower.

* Full engine rebuild by AGRA Engineering with 87mm JE forged pistons with JE rings and 1mm oversized bores
