big end shells

hi all. im replacing the big end shells on my R and wondered if someone knew the torque settings for the big end caps. just replaced oil pump so i thought big end shells would also be a good idea. checked crank and that looks and feels good so just to be safe i will replace shells.

i cant believe no one knows the torque settings.?
