best lowering springs

want to lower my r but dont wanna put coilovers in it. anyone know the best lowering springs to put in that have good handling and mainly comfort

whiteline claim theres are the best on the market for the r they have a good rep for most cars,
they offer-25mm drop for the gtir.

dont think so jim, as they are a suspension upgrade tweeking company,
you could always try there website alough think i looked a while ago and there was nowt oe for the gtir spring wise.

they are great until you have to go over a speed hump and the goes your exhaust :-D
