battery connector

Does anybody know for sure what that RED block on the battery connector is really sure, As I cut mine off a while ago when i moved the battery to the boot, But I'm now worried it might not just be a fused link :? .

What i want to know is does it do anything important :?: :?: :?: :?: .

Well seeing as you lot where about as much use as a blind man at a dart's match :roll: .

I phoned hitec as was told there just fused links and it was ok to cut them off as I have put a 200 amp fuse inline in the boot .

mine was fine when i stuck battery in the boot and cut the red bit out.

Yeah I just thought the red block was there to join the wires, no fuse?
