Bad Injectors?

hey guys, my R is Suffering from bore wash (Gas in Oil) Waiting to do compression test to determine if it is piston rings but the R is still quick, there is no smoke, and all the plugs check out fine, i've come to believe that the loud ticking is my injectors, is there a way to test my injectors if i pull them out?


or does anyone have a set of standard working injectors for cheap? thank you

My injectors click too i think they are fine though, i dont know what size they are though, dose the grey colour indicate the size?, sorry to jump in on your thread

Your injectors are meant to tick...

Very rare to see an injector fail... Its usually some other component that is involved before the injector itself... Injector Resistor Pack, Fuel Regulator, Mapping etc...

where abouts is the resistor pack located? how would i go about checking for faults

Its a silver Mars bar shape/size... Follow the electrics from the injectors and you'll find it.. its usually find it on the turret but when moved can be exposed to water and corrossion...
