I'm now back and rebuilding my block after the last engineer couldn't count !!

My Q'.... I know I shouldn't be asking this considering time on here but I haven't driven my R, when does turbo generate boost (RPM) and what is stock bar/psi

Q' not directly R but what is the resistance of a Skyline GTR RB26DETT dropping resistor for injectors.
