Back to basics!

Hello everyone,

Sorry for what may seem like a very basic question!
I'm looking to increase my Pulsar's power to around about 300-330bhp. I'm wondering how to get this reliably rather than just cranking up the boost and blowing the engine up?

This is what's been done to the car so far.....
Full stainless exhaust system,
K&N induction kit,
HKS sequential blow off valve,
Norris Design's uprated fuel pump (good for 400bhp apparently),
HKS Turbo timer,
Race tech boost gauge (reads up to 2 bar).

I'm planning on getting a front mount intercooler, an in-car adjustable boost controller, uprated clutch and a lightened flywheel.

What else do you think I may need? A larger air-flow meter? Larger injectors? Metal headgasket? Power boost valve?

You should be able to get that power on around 1.2bar
I'd add a fuel controller and uprated spark plugs to that list. Get it properly set up and you should be ok.
You don't need the flywheel to make the power, but if the engine's coming out for the clutch, you may as well stick one in there  .
I believe the head gasket is OK upto about 1.4bar.
