in all honesty mate there is no point changin the gtir mains, despite being the same size as the other sr's they're stronger and were used as an upgrade on the other sr's, you will never have problems with a gtir main bolt

Apart from the fact that generally a stud is better than a bolt.....

for head fastening undoubtly so (if they are designed correctly) but if theres no problem with the bolt in the first place why spend money changing it ?

Tell me how many gtirs, infact how many sr20's have you heard where a main bolt has failed ?
