If you go under the dash and look at the main wiring harness into the ecu it should have about 7 wires spliced into it (if its been done properly they'll be soldered) depending on which safc it is. It's just a case of removing them and re insulating the wiring.
The airflow meter signal wire will have been cut so you'll have to re join it.
