Apexi Power FC-does it delimt/convert?

As it's a straight swap for the ECU,does it still limit you to 112mph and does it have the ability to read in mph as opposed to kmh?

Hi, As far as im aware its removes the 112mph limit and it depends of what car its fitted to i think as some speedo`s are ran off a drive on the gearbox and some ECU. (i might be wrong on that last thing)
