Anyone using one of these short shifters?

Looking to change to a shorter throw, have seen this on e-bay, does anyone here use it and is it any good. Seems like a good price, maybe too good!

thou i have heared that they can destroy your gearbox but thast prb just speculation? not sure dont use one myself

i've got a razo one.. it feels very different to normal shift.. more positive, shorter throw.

if in doubt, i would not bother.

Just to back up the Kyepan, the missuses FTO has a RAZO short shifter in it and from driving a standard FTO, it makes a BIG diff in a non turbo'd car...prob no help to you,butan opinion never the less.

I have a B&M short shift in my car (a genuine one) and it feels very good indeed through the gears, not too notchy or a pain in the arse like some other cars I've driven with short shifts fitted.

I haven't driven an R with the standard shift though.
