whats the problem? im 10mins away, dont have the consult plug thing but know someone that might or if not can take a look at your car

i cant get the fans to come on changed the coolant temp sensor and fan relay but still nothing, it will come on if i bridge the terminals at the relay, nor can i get the idle less than a 1000 rpm well it actually fluctuates between 1000-1200 rpm... i just need to get this running right or im gonna have to get rid of it and proberly end up in a crappy corsa... lol... any help would be much appriecated buddy
