New? - I would have thought so, but I don't know for sure.

It was certainly easy enough to get a replacement used one when I wanted it.

I'll look the part number(s) up later and see if I can find them for sale by googling that.

You can get them from your local factors as well mate, Adl blueprint do them, these numbers are off of their site, ADL146169 and ADL146170, left and right hand cables, hope that helps mate.
