Anyone has the GT28RS or the GT2871R ? looking for 350-400hp

I understand that the GT28RS max. hp is 350hp and the GT2871R max hp is 400hp...........

how easy is it to bolt on these tubbies???.......

do they both have internal actuators ??

or what other turbos can you all recommend??

i was thinking of a T03/T04 but I'm not sure???

any ideas or suggestions would be appreciated..........

i want it mainly to do a good 1/4 mile time!!!

Check out my spec in the power graphs section I get 365bhp at 1.2 bar with a GT28RS .86ar and its not even trying :lol:

I am also interested in these 2 tubbys, I sprint and hillclimb the car (road legal to) and need a quick spool up will be heading for 350 to 400 bhp in the future but also need good torque to, I dont mind having a bit lower BHP if the torque and responce is good. What do you all recomend?

I've been getting a couple bad reviews of the 'disco potato' (GT28RS). Can anyone say why?

I'm really thinking about the GT2871R cause that goes up to 400hp.......how does this tubby compare to the Garrett T03/T04 (450hp) on the 1/4 mile??
