Anyone fancy doing me a favour? BOV needed temporarily!

Hi All,

I think my current BOV is leaking. Rather than change it out for a new one straight away, I wanted to swap it for one which I know is working and see if that resolves the problem.

Does anyone fancy a trip over to Bolton to help out? I'll make you a brew and a bacon butty :lol:

No I'm definitely lost :lol: What would that do - are you saying I can remove the DV completely, blank off with that and drive without one to test if thats whats causing the problem?

yup!;-) or make your own blanking plug or use something similar to bung the pipe the DV comes from. dont forget to blank the vac hose to the DV aswell. use a short screw or similar. dont worry it wont harm your engine not having a DV. just wont sound as pretty!:lol:
