I use a kit like this, sumtimes it can work but it will never get the complete dent out more of a money scam than a dent miracle not good for small tight dents only small shallow dents about 50p size nothing bigger or smaller.

Its only as good as the glue provided get rubbish glue and it will wipe of easily after the pull but wont pull any dent out or you can get really bad glue which will pull the dent out but will be so hard you will end up having to paint the panel because it will either rip your paint off or leave the glue on your paintwork permanently.

You can try it but in my opinion its a waste of money and a dent man with rods will be a lot better.

The theory behind it is very simple and sounds easy but its not as easy as they make it look, just like dent removal with rods looks easy.
