Any sae 75/80 gl4 or gl5 can be used as they have to meet (comma is cheapest) the same standards as the expensive oils, plus you don't want any thing to slippery as it will make the box crunch due to the syncro's not working properley (remeber its a 20 y/o gearbox design!!)
