another thread about oil :/

Hi all

I have just changed all oils gearbox,transfer and rear diff. The thing is i have replaced it with castrol 75w90 my problem is that when i came to do the rear diff it was a very different thickness to the rest and a blue kind off coulor???

I have looked on google didnt find alot apart from apparently the uk diffs are different to import ? if true does this mean different oil?

might be from either royal purple or redline lightweight shockproof which is the smufy colored oil
