adjusting pressure on SARD

Simple question really guys.
The adjustment screw on top of SARD adjusts the pressure i know that but which way does what?
Winding in down puts pressure up and winding it up lowers pressure correct? or is it the other way?

I would have thought screwing it down (clockwise) adds pressure as it's pushing against diaphragm. Tahts how it was on my adjustable FPR but mine wasn't SARD.

You can tell if its going down as the lower you go, the revs start to drop until the car will stall.I'd get a guage fitted though as you don't want to just guess it.

what should standard fuel pressure be? Mine is about 3bar on idle, then raises to about 3.5bar once i'm at 0 boost (rises same as boost after this obviously).
