Adjustable whiteline anti-roll bar settings?

Has anyone got the adjustable anti-roll bar fitted on the rear? Mine is currently on the middle setting. I'm about to change the bushes, so i'm wondering whether to stiffen or soften it.

What affects am i likely to get from stiffening or softening it??

Am i right in thinking that the hole towards the end of the bar is the softer setting? The hole further up the bar is the stiffer setting?

mine is on the middle setting as i believe is most other peoples,

think it was nad who had an experience with it on the hardset setting :shock:

Close. I brought my kit off someone who had no use for it anymore after having it on the hardest setting, if u catch my drift, excuse the pun.

So it's a bit tail happy on the hard setting then? Anyone tried it on the soft setting? I guess the hard setting is really only trackday stuff, which I never do. Still you got to try these things out.
